Share the policy number and, for a hospital admission, the hospital's name.
We start the claim
Cashless pre-authorisation with the insurer, or a document checklist for reimbursement.
We follow up
Regular contact with the insurer until there is a decision, and updates to you.
Close or escalate
If the claim is refused or short-paid: a written representation to the insurer, then IRDAI's Bima Bharosa portal, then the Insurance Ombudsman.
