What it does
Trustner Insurance Brokers holds a direct broker licence from IRDAI for life and general insurance. An agent is appointed by one insurer and sells that insurer's policies. A broker represents you and can place your policy with any insurer.
The premium is set by the insurer and is the same whether you buy directly, through an agent or through a broker. The broker is paid by the insurer within the limits IRDAI sets. The company also runs a claims team that stays with you when you claim.
