Trustner Insurance Brokers has people whose only job is claims, for policies placed through the company. They check the cover, file the paperwork, follow up with the insurer and, if a claim is refused or short-paid, help you contest it.
The decision on a claim is the insurer's, under the terms of the policy. A broker cannot promise an outcome.
Call us
Share the policy number and, for a hospital admission, the hospital's name.
We start the claim
Cashless pre-authorisation with the insurer, or a document checklist for reimbursement.
We follow up
Regular contact with the insurer until there is a decision, and updates to you.
Close or escalate
If the claim is refused or short-paid: a written representation to the insurer, then IRDAI's Bima Bharosa portal, then the Insurance Ombudsman.
Planning
Handled by both companies, each for the part it is licensed for
A plan comes before the products. Each goal has an investment part and a protection part, and each part is handled by the company licensed for it.
Retirement
A target and a monthly amount, reviewed every year, with health cover that continues after you stop working.
Tax planning

A loan distribution company
The group is setting up a third company to place home, personal and business loans with banks and other lenders. It will distribute loans; it will not lend its own money. It is not operating yet and takes no enquiries.
