What this website collects about you, and what is done with it.
Who we are
Trustner Group comprises Trustner Asset Services Pvt. Ltd. (AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor, ARN-286886) and Trustner Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. (IRDAI-licensed Direct Broker (Life & General), Licence No. 1067). Each company is responsible for the personal data it collects. An enquiry about investments is held by the first; an enquiry about insurance by the second. The two do not share enquiries.
What this website collects
- When you ask for a call back: your name, phone number, the topic, the time you prefer, any message you write, and your device's time zone.
- With each enquiry, automatically: the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser type. These are kept to detect spam and abuse.
- Usage data, only if you allow it: page statistics through Google Analytics. See cookies below. No advertising cookies are set.
You can read every page on this website without giving any personal information.
Cookies and similar storage
This website asks before it measures your visit. Until you choose “Allow analytics”, nothing is loaded from Google and no analytics cookie is set. If you choose “No analytics”, every page works exactly as before.

If you allow analytics, we also count three things: an enquiry sent (with its topic, not its contents), a tap on a phone, WhatsApp or email link, and a click through to another Trustner website. Google processes this data on its own servers, which may be outside India. It is not used for advertising and is not combined with your enquiry.
To change your mind, choose “Cookie settings” at the foot of any page. Refusing there removes the analytics cookies from your browser. You can also clear cookies in your browser's settings at any time.
What happens when you become a client
If you go on to invest or buy a policy, the company you deal with collects what the law requires: identity and address proof, PAN, bank details and, for insurance, health information. That is collected through the company's own onboarding process, not through this website, and is used only for the purpose it was given.
Why it is used
- To call you back and answer your enquiry.
- To meet legal obligations such as KYC, record-keeping and regulatory reporting.
- To keep the website working and to understand which pages are useful.
Who it is shared with
With asset management companies, registrars, insurers, KYC registration agencies and regulators, only as needed to carry out your instructions or as the law requires. Companies that host our systems process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data.
How long it is kept
Transaction and KYC records are kept for the periods SEBI and IRDAI prescribe. An enquiry that does not lead to a relationship is deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, subject to what regulation requires us to keep, and you may withdraw consent to be contacted at any time. Write to wecare@trustner.in or to the grievance officer named on the grievance redressal page.
Security
Data is sent over an encrypted connection and stored with access limited to the people who need it. Enquiry forms are checked on the server and protected against spam.
Changes
Changes to this policy are posted on this page with the date.
